  • 85% of Built-up Area Costs for Basic Packages
  • 80% of Built-up Area Cost for Standard
  • 70% of Built-up Area Cost for Premium & Luxury
  • The rate of Cement quoted as - Rs. 340 to Rs. 350 for Basic (@MRP) per bag & Rs. 390 to Rs. 410 (@MRP) per bag of 53 Grade for Concrete works & 43 Grade for other works for Standard, Premium & Luxury
  • Kindly Note Price/Sqft on the Type of package mentioned is for G+3 Floors:
  • G+2 Floors: Rs. 100/Sqft Additional on Type of Package
  • G+1 Floors: Rs. 200/Sqft Additional on Type of Package

  • Construction of sump tank using Blocks including fixing of chicken mesh and smooth plastering with waterproofing

Advance Payment
Design preparation, site survey, material & contractor blocking.
Foundation Work
Site Marking, casting of footing, plinth beam, consolidation ofsoil upto plinth level.
Brick Work
Construction of brick wall, casting of lintels, chajja.
Shuttering and centering for roof slabs, Bar-Bending, Electricalconduit laying and concreting.
Plastering & Flooring Work
External / Internal plastering.
Fixing of tiles for bath rooms, Laying of granite or vitrified tilesfor flooring in other areas.
Electrical & Plumbing
All Plumbing and Electrical works to be executed.
Painting of internal and external wall with putty works forinternal walls, exterior emulsion painting, all finishing.
Wood and railing work
Carpentry works of all doors and windows, Fabrication ofrailings.
Final handover
Project Cost
An approximate estimate is given to the customer when a customer makes a booking with us. The actual project cost varies with the super builtup area and finalized architect designs.
Our Architects design with complete Vastu compliance. Our Architects will provide 3 design iterations, two options for massing 3D design and one option for 3D rendering design. Clients may suggest any alterations at the concept phase of design but no alterations will be entertained once the design is freezed and finalized in the scheme phase. Violation of the Architectural drawings if any will be at customer's risk and will hold complete responsibility. The inhouse team of the concern will not advocate any violations on the structure.
Advance Payment
15% of the overall project value will be collected as advance payment. This amount is paid to confirm the booking which will be utilized for the survey, architectural designs, finalising and blocking the vendors / contractors and the materials.
Types of material may vary as per the final drawings and availability at the time of construction and may subject to change only with consent of the customers. We will ensure that all quality standards are met incase of any changes and the customer gets value for the money invested for the same. The quality engineer will check the quality of the materials at site.
Package Cost
Our standard package rates are also subjected to variations based on the rate of tiles, marble granite, plywood, laminates, plumbing fixtures for interiors etc at the time of construction.
We will not be liable for any case of dis-intermediation when the customer interacts directly with the vendors / labor contractors on site for the payments, contract details or extra requirements. Any cases reported wherein a customer is found interacting with the vendor or contractors and this is against the interests of our firm, the vendor / contractor would be terminated from the project with immediate effect. We will not entertain third party interactions like outside vendors, consultants or contractors for materials used at the site or structural/design related discussions as per the contract signed with us.
Refund Policy
Booking amount is non refundable as the amount would have already been utilized for designing, survey, freezing vendor and handling charges.
Our firm provides a ten-year warranty on structure and underground sump, one- year warranty on seepage on all constructions services and six-month general (i.e. for plumbing, electrical and carpentry) warranty.
Client Scope
Electricity, Bore and water will be charged extra and the customer is accountable for all these related payments and for ensuring timely supply of water and electricity at the site.
